Information you provide
The enquiry forms collect your contact information, selected services and jurisdictions, enquiry details, and files you choose to upload. Required fields are marked. Do not provide information unnecessary for the initial enquiry.
How enquiries are handled
Submitted enquiries are stored in the website’s managed database. Uploaded files are stored separately in private object storage. Short-lived hashed network identifiers are used to limit abusive submissions. There is no public document download or client-record API.
Retention and privacy requests
The office’s retention schedule, responsible legal entity, privacy contact and applicable transfer arrangements must be confirmed before public use. You may use the contact form to ask about handling of your enquiry. No marketing subscription is created by submitting.
No filing or engagement by submission
Sending a form or receiving a reference number does not create a professional engagement, secure a filing date, stop a deadline or guarantee a legal outcome. Scope, fees and handling arrangements must be agreed separately.
Changing information
General information only, not legal advice. Requirements, procedures, fees and timelines vary by jurisdiction and may change. An enquiry does not establish a professional engagement or secure a filing date.
